Health is wealth..let’s be fit and exercise
A month ago i felt that i need to exercise again since it was always raining and i felt so lazy going out of the house. I was also schedule to go back to my Doctor for a routine check-up and last time he told me to lose weight. Since i gained 2 kilos. So i did some stretching first to condition my body, brisk walking and jog in place for like 15 minutes. Eventually it became 30 mins to 1 hour. I also joined the 2x a weel zumba class which conditioned my body.
Just in time i was invited to cover Anytime Fitness since they will be launching a series of workout. Anytime Fitness is not new to me since my son used to be a fitness instructor in one branch. And my sister is a member of Anytime Fitness SM Cherry Antipolo. She was convinced by my son to be a member and the location is so accessible for us.
The Media and Bloggers #FreeWorkoutDay with Coach Dan Paolo Tolentino. It is called circuit workout that has 8 different execises that we need to do. Each exercise will last a minite then move on to the next one. It was a little strenous for me since i don’t do such workout.
But it was an achievement for me that I was able to do 2 rounds. Thank you Coach Dan Paolo Tolentino who assisted us in doing the workout. And the AF staff for the gym tour. Herr are some of the equipment they have.
