Kahit na hindi pa nakabalik ang asawa ko sa biyahe, nagpapasalamat pa rin ako at mas madami kaming quality time. Nakasama namin siya ng matagal. Ninanamnam ko pa rin ang bonding time namin dahil ilang Pasko kaming hindi magkasama noon. Kayo? What are you grateful for, despite a tough year?

We maybe celebrating Christmas in a different way. Famlies may not be complete because of the situation. Big family gatherings are limited to small gatherings and some people think that preparing home-cooked meals for the holidays are not practical, since “tayo-tayo lang naman ngayong Pasko”We can still celebrate to feel the Christmas spirit by cooking our favorite meals that has ingredients that can make us smile. Make something that family will enjoy eating together. Dishes with melted cheese on top for creaminess.
