Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic people are confused because even those who are vaccinated are still capable of having Covid 19. For them vaccine is not the assurance. Dr. Stone discussed the Stages of COVID-19 and the Use of Quadruple Therapy for COVID 19.  It was interesting to hear the way he explained how patients raact to Ivermectin to treat COVID-19 patients in different countries and how they recovered from the corona virus

Dr. Stone stated the Basic Principles of Multi-Drug Therapy Protocols.

Principle of every stage at the illness is Triple therapy – Anti-Viral, Anti-inflammatory, and Anti-Coagulant. Make sure you understand the stages of COVID 19 and are ready to introduce Anti-inflammatory and Anti-Thrombotics if there is progression and the patient deteriorates, or if the patient presents late.

At the beginning (first 5 days), the focus needs to be antiviral. (SIDDz). Silver is anti-inflammatory and Ivermectin may prevent thrombosis. Consider Aspirin if the patient is high risk. After day 7-8 particularly if there is hypoxia, additional anti-inflammatory and anti-thrombotic agents need to be considered.

Antiviral therapy needs 4 agents, and we recommend Quadruple therapy – prof Barody’s triple anti-viral therapy (Zn, Doxycycline and Ivermectin) and nano silver.With Antiviral and Anti-inflammatory therapy, you may need to “Titrate to Effect” meaning if the patient is not responding – doses may be increased, particularly Nano-silver and Corticosteroids.

Steroids given too early can worsen the situation– steroids should not be given until there is hypoxia or the CRP is over 20 – usually after day 7. The immune system should not be suppressed during the early stage.
