In a time when the quality of being wais (or “Wa-Ease,” as coined by Tip-Top Chicken) feels scarce, Tip-Top Chicken keeps this Filipino trait alive through its first-ever “Tip-Top Fiesta: A Wa-Ease Celebration,” held last March 27, 2025 at Balara Content Studio.
Highlighted by a live cooking demonstration with partner La Germania and led by content creator Alonzo “Cru” Cruel, the event honored the many ways Filipinos can be “Wa-Ease” at home and in the kitchen with simple tips to live out the spirit of “Wa-Ease-ness.”
1. Buy only fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Every good meal starts with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Tip-Top Chicken’s variety of choice cuts are processed and packed on the same day to ensure freshness, while being priced affordably for everyday grocers to stay within their budgets and still make great meals at home.
Media partners, influencers, and event attendees alike got a firsthand experience of Tip-Top Chicken’s products through interactive booths, which ranged from silly tasks like a “Shoot the Nugget” game and a Tip-Top Chicken Nugget photobooth, to creative activities like styling your own bento box or enjoying “elevated” snacks made with Tip-Top Chicken.

In his cooking segment, longtime Tip-Top Chicken lover and collaborator Alonzo “Cru” Cruel noted that he likes that Tip-Top Chicken is not just a healthy and budget-friendly choice, but also has different chicken products that make cooking easier. He taught the audience how to make tocino sisig and chicken salpicao using Tip-Top Chicken Choice Cuts to showcase the simplicity of making a tasty meal with ingredients you can find at home.
